Morehouse Realty was established in 2001 by Alvin Moore to assist first time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. It was established under the Century 21 franchise as Century 21 Morehouse Realty. From 2001 to 2008 Morehouse realty was a successful firm recruiting and managing over 60 agents with aggressive growth and high annual sales. Morehouse Realty held several first time home buyer seminars and was a market leader in down payment assistance from Orange County, the Federal Bond Program, and HUD Morehouse realty ran network advertisement and advertised in major magazine publications. In 2008 they were hit hard by the recession losing a majority of their agents. They shed the Franchise name Century 21, they re-branded themselves and secured a contract selling foreclosures for Freddy Mac and the Veterans Administration they further expanded into property management. Both areas saw tremendous growth and are the the backbone of Morehouse Realty's success.
